Payment Terms

The split

Every AUREMAR order, standard or custom, is paid in two halves.

• 50% deposit, paid online when you place the order. Manufacturing begins when this clears. Nothing is cut before it.
• 50% balance, paid on delivery. In cash, or by InstaPay transfer at the door.

There is no third payment and no hidden fee. The price you see on the product page is the full price of the piece.

Why a deposit

Each piece is cut from a block chosen for your order. Once the block is cut for your dimensions and your marble, it cannot be returned to stock or sold as something else. The deposit covers the material and the workshop time that your order commits.

How you pay the deposit

When your order is confirmed we send a payment link or InstaPay details. Manufacturing starts the moment the deposit is received, and we confirm your delivery date at the same time.

The balance on delivery

Pay the driver in cash, or transfer by InstaPay on the spot. Please have the exact balance ready, our drivers do not carry change for large amounts.

Custom orders

Special Request pieces follow exactly the same terms. The difference is only that the price is confirmed with you by phone first, because a custom size changes the block size and the waste.

Currency

All prices are in Egyptian Pounds (EGP) and include VAT where applicable.
