Free delivery · Cairo & Giza

Delivery is free of charge for every order delivered inside Cairo and Giza. There is no minimum order value.

Everywhere else in Egypt

We deliver to all 27 governorates. Outside Cairo and Giza, shipping is not free, the cost depends on the destination and the size of the piece, and it is quoted to you when we confirm your order and before you pay anything beyond the deposit. You are always told the shipping cost before it is charged.

Lead time

Every AUREMAR piece is cut to order, so nothing ships from stock.

• Cairo & Giza: 8-10 working days from the date your deposit is received.
• Other governorates: 8-10 working days of manufacturing, plus transit time to your governorate. We confirm the expected date in writing when the order is placed.
• Custom (Special Request) sizes: quoted individually, usually a few days longer than a standard piece.

Working days exclude Fridays and public holidays.

On the day

We call ahead to agree a delivery window. Our pieces are cut from solid stone, so please make sure there is clear access to the room and someone available to receive the piece.

Delivery is to your door. If the building has no lift and the piece must be carried up several floors, tell us in advance so we can send enough people.

Checking your piece

Please inspect the piece on delivery, before the driver leaves. Any transit damage must be reported at that moment so it can be recorded and replaced, see Returns & Refunds.
