What we collect

When you place an order or send a Special Request, we collect only what is needed to fulfil it: your name, phone number, delivery address, and, if you give it, your email address.

The AI Room Visualizer

Photographs you upload to the Room Visualizer are processed entirely inside your own browser. They are never uploaded to AUREMAR, never sent to a third-party service, and never stored anywhere. Close the tab and the image is gone.

Your cart

Your selected pieces are stored in your own browser's local storage so your cart survives a refresh. That data stays on your device.

What we do with your details

We use your details to manufacture, confirm and deliver your order, and to contact you about it. That is all.

What we never do

We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information to anyone, for any purpose.

Sharing

We share your name, phone number and address with our delivery team, only so that they can deliver your piece.

Keeping your data

We keep order records for as long as needed to honour warranty claims and to meet Egyptian accounting requirements.

Your rights

You can ask us at any time what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted where we are not required to keep it. Email auremar81@gmail.com.
